The Rise of Moulds

Microbial Control – Mould and Bacteria

Germs (MOULD and BACTERIA) often propagate by attaching to mirco-surfaces such as airborne dust particles, particularly within indoor environments. Airborne transmission of these germs poses a significantly higher health risk than surface transmission.

For an infection to take root, microbes must find entry points into our bodies. These microbes can infiltrate our system through any of the following four avenues:

  • Respiratory Tract (Mouth and Nose): For instance, the influenza virus, responsible for the flu, gains access through this route.

  • Gastrointestinal Tract (Mouth and Oral Cavity): Examples include Vibrio cholerae, the causative agent of cholera.

  • Urogenital Tract: Microbes like Escherichia coli, leading to conditions such as cystitis, can exploit this portal.

  • Breaks in the Skin Surface: Notably, Clostridium tetani, which induces tetanus, can enter through skin wounds.

Once microbes successfully reach their intended destination within the body, they can internally attach, proliferate, and induce illness.

The journey of germs traverses the airspace as well. Remarkably, SAN-AIR stands as the singular all-natural solution meticulously designed and substantiated to effectively combat both AIRBORNE and SURFACE-bound germs.

Airborne and Surface Germs

Airborne germs can travel long distances in the air. For example, when someone sneezes, tiny infectious droplets can travel the entire length of a bus. Another example is ash from a Mexican bushfire being carried all the way to Africa by strong winds.

Airborne pathogens or allergens often cause inflammation in the nose, throat, sinuses, and upper airways. This can result in symptoms like coughing, congestion, and a sore throat. Inhaling these germs affects the respiratory system and sometimes the whole body. Sinus congestion, coughing, and sore throats are examples of upper respiratory inflammation caused by these airborne agents.

Being exposed to high levels of mold and bacteria can lead to health problems such as:

  • A constant cough

  • Itchy eyes

  • Skin rashes

  • Fatigue

  • Headaches

  • Difficulty concentrating (referred to as "brain fog")

These health issues may worsen over time and could become chronic.
